Cuoco founded Oh Norman!, a pet care brand named after Norman. It offers eco-friendly, holistic products and pledges a portion of proceeds to animal rescue groups (Pet Age).

In addition, she uses high-visibility moments to raise awareness. For example, she took Peaches, a disabled 9-year-old pit bull terrier, on a special “date” around her ranch in The Dodo’s Dream Date series to help find her a forever home (People).

Cuoco has also made tough decisions like rehoming her longtime dog Shirley when she got into dangerous fights with another pet. She’s been open about the emotional difficulty, highlighting that love sometimes means making hard choices to protect animals (Glamour).
